We no longer accept returns or refunds for any reason. ALL SALES FINAL!

there are no refunds or exchanges on readings due to the nature of the service.

Payment is due at time of checkout. Custom orders are not eligible for coupon codes.

Purchases will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of payment received. Packages will arrive within 1-4 weeks from shipment date. Expedited shipping will be shipped out within 2-7 days. But warehouse items may still take slightly longer than expected.

Packages will ONLY be ship to the address on your order. Please make sure your address is as up to date as possible.

International items coming straight from warehouse will take roughly 4-5 weeks to arrive.

Expect possible delay on all packages during holiday times.
