My name is Kae Alexander. I am here to use my varied skills and experiences to help guide you from where you are to where you want to be.
I've worked in retail and office jobs, run my own small handmade business online and in a brick and mortar location, and struggled to find my place in this world. I'm a single parent, queer, trans, and disabled. My story and struggles are not unique, and this is important to note in a world where isolation and gaslighting are so pervasive - you are NOT alone in your struggles.
Through Cosmic Thriving, I use my experience, education, and intuition to help create a plan for you and guide you along your way. Self care is more than a shower or walk, and personal growth takes more than reading a book and being on your way. It takes digging in and doing the hard work, and sometimes that requires guidance.

VIRTUAL LIFE COACHING
This listing offers three tiers of life coaching with Cosmic Thriving, ranging from budget through in-depth one-on-one coaching.
Tier 1: you receive an instant download printable workbook in PDF format written by Cosmic Thriving, which will guide you through isolating your wants and needs, identifying your challenges, and laser focusing on your goals. This printable self help workbook is an accessible and affordable way to delve into your self improvement efforts. In this 43 page printable PDF, you'll be taken step-by-step on a journey that requires dedication and honesty, but will undoubtedly lead you to a place of clarity.
Tier 2: you receive the printable self help workbook detailed above, as well as a 90 minute virtual session with me, Kae Alexander. Your virtual life coaching can be completed via video chat or phone call. This option gives you the freedom to complete the workbook at your own pace, with the support of a scheduled session with a professional life coach.
Tier 3: this 6 month intensive program includes the printable Cosmic Thriving self help workbook, monthly 90 minute calls, and monthly intuitive card readings. This option is best for those facing major roadblocks on their life plan, or those who want a more personal experience. With this option, I'll be available for the duration of your 6 months to guide and encourage you as you work through your workbook and get closer to achieving your goals.
